COFFEE CRUMB CAKE 
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
Fresh apple slices or canned peach slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a large baking dish or pan. Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Add butter and mix until it forms crumbs. Divide mixture in half. Set half of mixture aside. To remaining half add eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder and enough milk to make a thick dough. Pour and spread evenly into prepared pan. Arrange apple or peach slices on top of dough. To remaining mixture add cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough in pan forming crumbs. Bake approximately 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
