Combine and beat well:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. vegetable oil

Add and beat:

2 eggs

Add and mix well:

1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Form into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. (Can roll balls in sugar.)
