3 c. sugar
2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
6 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. buttermilk

Mix together sugar, oil and eggs. Add vanilla and buttermilk. Sift together remaining ingredients and add to mixture. Pour onto ungreased cookie sheet 6 to 8 inches apart. Batter is runny. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on each before baking. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
