PEPPER STEAK (MICROWAVE) 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless steak, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash ginger
Salt to taste
2 med. green peppers, cut into chunks
2 med. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. beef broth

Pour oil in 8 inch square dish. Microwave on Medium-High 3 minutes. Add steak, soy sauce, and ginger. Microwave on Medium-High 7-8 minutes; stir once. Season with salt and stir in peppers and onions. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on Medium-High 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Blend cornstarch with broth until smooth. Stir into dish. Microwave on Medium-High 3-4 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
