MARINADE TURKEY 
5 lb. turkey breasts
1 c. shallots, peeled & chopped
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. red pepper
2 c. cooking oil
1 qt. (4 c.) white wine
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Place shallots in a wide mouth jar. Pour wine and cooking oil into a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the sugar and seasonings. Stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the mixture from heat and pour over the shallots. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Then pour it over the turkey breast. Marinate the breasts for 6 hours or overnight in a covered container in refrigerator. Increase the recipe for large birds and let marinate for at least 24 hours. Bake turkey according to instructions.
