2 qts. ground pears
3 oranges
1 orange peeling
1 lemon with peeling
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar to each c. of fruit

Cook pears until tender. Grind oranges and lemon. Stir into pears. Add pineapple and sugar. Cook until thick. Pour into hot jars and seal.
