PARTY SHRIMP DIP 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 (.6 oz.) pkgs. Italian salad dressing mix (dry mix)
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. fine chopped green pepper
3 (4 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp, drain, rinse & chop

Soften cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and chill one hour. May be served hollowed out round loaf of bread. Serve with crackers or bread.
