1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 sm. bunch parsley
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
Few grains red pepper and paprika
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Grind together the cheddar cheese, parsley, pepper and onion. Add red pepper and paprika, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, catsup, mayonnaise, and nuts. Mix all together and place in greased ring mold. Chill overnight. Remove from mold serve with crackers. This also can be formed into a ball and chilled overnight.
