1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 med. size bag Oreo cookies

Let ice cream and Cool Whip soften slightly. Mix together with spoon. Crush Oreos until fine. Stir into ice cream and Cool Whip mixture. Pour into oblong pan and press down until smooth. Put in freezer until it hardens. Cut into squares and serve.
