ICE CREAM SANDWICHES | |
16 (2 1/2 inch) graham crackers 2 1/2 tbsp. chocolate syrup 1 c. peanuts, chopped 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened Spread one side of each cracker with 1/2 teaspoon syrup. In a medium bowl, fold half the nuts into the ice cream until blended. Spoon ice cream on 8 crackers. Top each with remaining cracker with chocolate side down. Press lightly to spread ice cream. Dip each side in remaining nuts. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Freeze until firm. Makes 8 servings. |
