LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
2 c. (6 oz.) pasta nuggets, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Crumble beef in a 2 quart casserole. Add onion, pepper and celery and microwave uncovered 6 minutes or until meat is done, stirring once. Break into pieces, drain. Stir in sauce, cottage cheese and pasta. Microwave 10 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Stirring twice. Stir in cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
