LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
2 c. (6 oz.) uncooked pasta nuggets
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta nuggets as directed on package. Drain, rinse; set aside.

Crumble ground beef into 2 quart microwave container/casserole. Add onion, green pepper and celery.

Microwave on high uncovered 5-6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir once. Stir meat to break into pieces, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese and cooked pasta.

Microwave high, uncovered, 9-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice. Stir in cheeses. Serves 6.

Tips: Use macaroni, mostaccioli or rotini if you don't have pasta nuggets. Use homemade spaghetti sauce. Kids love it (all ages).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
