ICE CREAM PIE
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Ground peanuts for garnish

Mix crumbs and sugar; blend in peanut butter with pastry blender. Blend in melted butter. Press crumb mixture firmly against bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Bake 8-10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Chill thoroughly.

In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips in cream; stir in vanilla. Cool. Spoon ice cream into crust, dribbling sauce among the spoonfuls of ice cream to give marbled effect; press down, cover with rest of chocolate sauce and sprinkle with ground nuts. Freeze until serving time.
