ZESTY FRANKS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. franks
1 1/2 c. chunk pineapple

SAUCE:

1/4 c. beer (opt.)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar apple jelly

Or 1 pound cocktail wieners.

For the sauce use a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and cook until thick and bubbly, then cook 2 more minutes.

Bias slice the franks into bite size pieces. Stir the franks and pineapple into sauce and cook until warm.
