KASHI VEGE SALAD 
2 c. Kashi, cooked & chilled
1/4 c. chopped, diced green pepper, red pepper, parsley, green onion, celery, tomatoes
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon

Mix all ingredients well and chill.
