MACARONI AND CHEESE 
7 oz. macaroni
3 qt. boiling water
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk, or more
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. grated longhorn cheese

Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until tender; drain in colander. Layer in large casserole, macaroni and cheese, 3-4 layers, then add butter and cheese on top. Beat eggs, add to milk, add salt and pour over casserole. Add enough milk to come up to top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
