CINNAMON ROLLS 
6 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2/3 c. butter
2 pkgs. yeast
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt

In large bowl mix flour, sugar and salt together. Heat milk until warm (110 to 120 degrees). Add yeast to milk, stir to dissolve, add softened butter and eggs. Mix with flour mixture, mix well. Dough will be a little sticky. Place in a large greased bowl. Cover let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch down, let rise again, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch down and pull off small amounts. Roll out in your hands like a snake. Melt one cube butter put in a small bowl. In another small bowl mix one cup sugar and 4 teaspoons cinnamon. Dip your snake in melted butter, then in sugar and cinnamon. Then coil your snake and put in a greased pan. Let rise 30 to 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
