1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. water
6 tbsp. sugar
Dash salt
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. hot milk

Put chocolate, water, sugar and salt into a saucepan, and stir over low heat until well blended. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring so the mixture does not scorch. Cool and fold in whipped cream. To serve, spoon some of the chocolate cream into each cup and pour in hot milk.
