ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
6 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
3 cans mandarin oranges, drained
3 c. boiling water
3 pts. orange sherbet
3 sm. cans crushed pineapple, drained
3 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve Jello and mix in orange sherbet. Beat well. Fold in whipped cream, drained pineapple and mandarin oranges. Chill in refrigerator until firm in 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans.
