ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Add water to Jello. Add and dissolve sherbet. Add oranges. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Refrigerate.
