RASPBERRY JELLO RING WITH
FILLING
 
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 pt. raspberry sherbet

Pour boiling water over Jello in bowl. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Stir in raspberry sherbet until melted. Pour into 4 cup ring mold. Chill until firm.

FILLING FOR CENTER:

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. colored miniature marshmallows
1 c. sour cream

Combine mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut, and marshmallows. Fold in sour cream. Chill at least 3 hours. Just before serving, fill center of unmolded Jello with filling.
