PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 box potatoes au gratin mix
1 onion, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix the potatoes as the directions on the box dictates but do not bake. Add the onion and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup with a half can of milk. Pour over the pork chops you've laid on top of the potato mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This recipe can be increased to fit your family's needs.
