TOMATO ROCKEFELLER 
12 thick slices of tomato
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 - 1 c. finely chopped green onions
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
Tabasco

Place tomato slices in a lightly greased 9"x13" baking dish. Set aside. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well, then squeeze to remove water. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Mound spinach mixture on tomato slices. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes.
