SESAME CHEESE CORN BREAD 
1 egg
Milk
Salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (14 oz.) corn muffin mix
3 tbsp. sesame seeds

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Blend egg and 1 cup milk in bowl. Add cheese, salt and muffin mix. Stir with fork until blended; batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour into an 8 or 9 inch square or round pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
