BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
Flour (to brown)
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 chopped onion
Pinch garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown round steak in flour, oil with onion, garlic, salt and pepper; place in sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients, heat over medium heat until thickened and serve over egg noodles.
