BANANAS FOSTER 
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 bananas
2 oz. light rum
2 oz. creme de banana liquor
Vanilla ice cream (premium quality)
Thin wafer cookie (Archway Windmills)

Over low to medium heat, simmer brown sugar, rum, creme de banana, and bananas. (Cut bananas in half and then lengthwise.) Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Serve over ice cream with a cookie as a garnish in a long stem glass (preferably).

If you want to get real creative, light the liquor on fire in the saucepan, by match or if using a gas range by lightly tipping pan over flame. The liquor will quickly evaporate.
