BARBECUED BRISKET 
8-10 lb. beef brisket (cut off fat)
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. vinegar

Double ingredients for sauce.

Sprinkle brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and celery salt. Allow to stand overnight with foil, in refrigerator. Next morning sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bake 5 hours at 275 degrees. Drain off grease. Set aside. Mix all ingredients for sauce and boil 15 minutes. Pour sauce over meat. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
