CHINESE HASH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. rice
1 c. canned mushrooms, drained
1 soup can water
1 pkg. frozen peas
Chinese noodles

Brown hamburger with celery and onion in skillet. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 3 quart casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes longer. Stir in frozen peas and top with Chinese noodles. Bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6.
