1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and juice from mandarin oranges, stir until smooth. Chop and add oranges to batter. Bake in greased and floured 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. container Cool Whip
16 oz. can crushed pineapple

Combine pudding mix, Cool Whip and juice form pineapple; beat until smooth. Fold in pineapple. Frost cake. Refrigerate.
