1 yellow butter cake mix
1 sm. can drained mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

TOPPING:

1 lg. can drained, crushed pineapple
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Bake cake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Let cool and top with above Topping.
