4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments with juice
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

Beat eggs and oil together. Add oranges with juice and beat well. Add cake mix and beat for 2 minutes. Bake in greased and floured pans according to package directions.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut flakes

Beat well: Pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Add coconut and fold in Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake and keep in refrigerator overnight.
