1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
11 oz. mandarin oranges
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs

Combine cake ingredients and beat on high for 2 minutes. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 large container Cool Whip
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
16 oz. can crushed pineapple

By hand mix vanilla pudding and pineapple. Stir until mixed well. Fold in Cool Whip.
