PECOS PASTA | |
1 (7 oz.) macaroni 1 tbsp. butter 1 green pepper, chopped 1 sm. onion 2 (15 oz.) cans chili 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 c. cheese, shredded Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. Melt butter and add green pepper and onions. Cook until tender and add chili, corn, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Stir in macaroni. Top with cheese, and cover. Heat on low for 5 minutes. |
