BEEF AND POTATOES CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, brown in pan
6 c. thinly sliced potatoes

Put 3 cups potatoes in the bottom of a casserole (1st layer). Add 1/2 of the ground beef. 1 c. water

Pour 1/2 of this over ground beef and potatoes. Add remainder of ground beef, potatoes, and then soup.

TOPPING:

1 c. grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
