BEEF TIPS IN GRAVY 
2 lbs. sirloin steaks
1 can B'B mushrooms in butter
1 pkg. onion gravy mix (Lipton)

Cut and brown meat on all sides, add mushrooms, cook until juice is brown. Add 2 to 3 glasses of water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add onion gravy mix and bring to boil. If using electric skillet, cook at 240 to 260 degrees.
