1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can skim milk
Cooked potatoes, plain or mashed

Brown hamburger and onion together. Drain off grease. Crumble up hamburger. Add milk and soup together, blend until smooth. Add to hamburger and simmer until potatoes are done. Pass gravy and put on your mashed potatoes.
