POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hash brown (frozen box) potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
3/4 soup can milk
4 oz. grated cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper

Mix and put into greased casserole; dot with butter and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
