3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. can milk
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stir 5 minutes over medium heat to form a soft ball stage. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips, add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
