SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS | |
3 cans tomato soup 3 cans of water 2 cans tomato sauce 1 big can tomato paste 1 onion, chopped 1 can meat sauce 1 envelope of spaghetti sauce with mushroom mix Italian seasoning Brown onion in hot oil. Drain. Pour all ingredients in a big pot except for seasoning. Mix well. Cover top of sauce with seasoning. Mix well. Again cover sauce with seasoning. Cook on low heat all day. Stir occasionally. BUT DO NOT scrape bottom of pot when stirring. Meatballs: 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 egg, beaten 1/3 Italian seasoning bread crumbs Mix all ingredients for meatballs together. Form into meatballs. Put in sauce 3 to 4 hours before you serve sauce. |
