CUSTARD ICE CREAM 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs
2 qts. milk
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Beat eggs slightly and add to sugar mixture. Scald 1 quart of milk. Mix with egg mixture and cook over low heat until it begins to thicken. Stir constantly. Cool. Then add other quart of milk and evaporated milk and vanilla. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
