COOKED ICE CREAM CUSTARD 
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 qt. milk

Mix well and cook until thickened. Cook in pot which has been placed in a pan of shallow water. Cool. Put custard, 2 tablespoons vanilla and 1 pint of cream into freezer. Fruit can also be added at this time.
