GRANOLA 
1 c. almonds
1 c. cashews or walnuts
6 c. oats (not cooked)
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. raw wheat germ
1 c. coconut
1 c. oil
1 c. honey
1 c. wheat flakes (opt.)

Mix dry ingredients. Then mix oil and honey in until dry ingredients are covered (will take a large roasting pan). Place in greased baking pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees. Keep stirring for about an hour, or until brown. Granola can be frozen for later use.
