JAN'S KRAUT HOTDISH 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1 pound hamburger, drain and put on bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Next spread 1 pound can (half drained) sauerkraut. Cover with 5 ounces half-cooked egg noodles.

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water

Pour over noodles and bake covered for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and top with slices of Velveeta cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
