LEMON ICE CREAM 
5 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
1 pt. half & half
1 1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Milk to fill freezer

Mix 5 cups sugar and 1 quart milk and heat on top of stove to dissolve sugar. Cool. Add 1 pint half & half and enough milk to fill can to about 2 1/2 inches of top. Partially freeze. Add 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice. Finish freezing.
