1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. soft peach ice cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, liquid also

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in ice cream and place in refrigerator until almost set and then add pineapple. Return to refrigerator.
