OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
3 med. potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wash potatoes well and cut each into 1/8 inch wedges. Place wedges slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine the remaining ingredients, brush potatoes with half of oil mixture. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining oil mixture. Yield 4-6 servings.
