SWEDISH COFFEE CAKE 
1 qt. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 cube butter
10 - 11 c. flour
3 pkgs. yeast

Pour scalded milk and butter over sugar, salt and oil in large bowl. Cool, add beaten eggs slowly. Add 2 cups flour and yeast. Mix well. Add remaining flour slowly and beat until stiff. Let rise in bowl until doubled in height. Turn out on floured bread board and knead for 5 minutes. Divide into 6 pieces. Shape each into rolls, braids or round shapes and place on greased pans. Let rise until double again. Brush with melted butter and sugar and cinnamon. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven until brown.
