1 to 1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
Ketchup

Mix and roll out to form a 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Make a sauce of ketchup, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Spread sauce on meat. Layer with mushrooms, green pepper, Mozzarella cheese, and Cheddar cheese (grated). Roll up meat mixture like a jelly roll., taking care to seal the edges. Put more sauce made of ketchup, dry mustard, and brown sugar on top of meat roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
