BAKED POTATO STICKS 
6 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1 tsp. onion, minced
3/4 c. half & half or light cream
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Peel potatoes and cut in lengthwise strips as for French fries. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt, parsley, onion and pepper.

Pour cream over all, dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese. Cover.

Bake in 425 degree oven for 50 minutes or 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
