PEANUT BUTTER CUPCAKES 
CUPCAKES:

1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
Peanut butter to taste
1 tbsp. shortening
Little gob of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk

Cream together peanut butter, shortening and brown sugar till light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, beat until fluffy. Sift flour, baking powder and salt, then add alternately with milk beating after each addition, fill paper bake cups in muffin pan 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool and frost. Mix all frosting ingredients till creamy, then spread.
